Wow, just wow! Words are not enough to describe the charm of this house. Joao and Ana were so kind to us, and it felt like home. Joao told us the history of Casa Picva and showed us the numerous precious pieces of his art collection. The breakfast that Ana prepared for us was one of a kind: homemade jams, freshly baked bread and pastry, local cheese. Thank you so much, Joao and Ana! We would gladly return to this magical place!

Lovely quirky place in a quiet little village. Joao was an excellent host who obviously is a very talented artist and couldn't be more helpful. All amenities anyone could wish for and such a lovely touch to have some local cherry licquer and homemade biscuits as a welcome gift. We could easily have spent another few nights here.
