Everything about this property is amazing, the room was spacious, spotless clean and comes with a big, very clean and stylish bathroom. Breakfast is made fresh and leaves no desires open. The owner is super friendly, helpful and well traveld, so he knows of the importance of a good nights rest. We can highly recommend this place for your stay and look forward coming back as well. There is a small fridge in the room so we could have cold drinks every day. The host is the nicest person we met. Breakfast is excellent and a bit different every day. Ennio and his wife are really nice hosts and the breakfast is the nicest ever. He is an enthusiast of the attractions of Friuli, so trust on him to get tips. Very comfortable beds.

The host and his wife welcomed us very warmly and took care of every wish. The Guest House has a beautiful garden and the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. The building has its own charm, since it was built 100 years ago. But the rooms are newly renovated and well equipped. The host and his wife prepared a delicious breakfast with eggs, ham, cake, brioche etc. In about 25 min, you can get to Lignano by car which is a more quiet beach then its neighbor Bibione.
