Room is exceptionally clean, freshly renovated, everything looks brand new. Bed really comfortable. Location is very close to the train station (5 min walk) so perfect for visiting La Cinque Terre. Communication with host is very good. We would definitely like to come back.

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. It is an apartment that they reformed to have 3 hotel rooms. The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.

Great place to stay, easy access to town and train station. The owners offer shuttle service and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They offered free water and juice as well as coffee. They picked up pastry's for breakfast. On our last day we wanted to go exploring and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for free and even brought our luggage to the train station at no charge (we tried paying and tipping which was refused). the property is nice and comfortable with places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Property was well maintained and had parking if you drove.
