The lodging was both large and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen which was nicely stocked was a plus. The living room with large windows had a beautiful view. The entire place was nicely decorated and very welcoming. It was perfect for four adults.

Close to Viking Rafting and other activities. Hikes of 1/2 to 7 km on site. We would stay here again. Great for families, couples or groups.

We stayed in the family room and it was very. the common-shared kitchen had everything needed for cooking and tons of plates and bowls. Dishwasher was very nice to have. The breakfast is included and is self serve. Eggs, bread, yogurt, jams, peanut butter, granola, oatmeal, bananas and apples, cheese and meats. The hot tub was amazing - you have to fill it using the switch by the front door. We loved our stay. We went to go visit the stables right across the road to see the horses.

The natural hot tub was 104ºF (40ºc) constantly and they provide shoes and robes to wear to walk out to the hot tub. Although there were other guests in other cottages, we had the hot tub all to ourselves (but it's big, could seat a dozen adults!) House construction was sturdy (not cheap like some of the cottages we've stayed in here in Iceland); furniture also very sturdy and comfy. Wifi worked great.ReneeFamily with young children
