Everything is so nice! There are thoughtful touches everywhere around the place. Decoration and facilities are top, and Giles and his wife are very accommodating. We will be coming back!

Perfect location for a getaway adventure in Kinsale. The room was beautifully designed, with a balcony overlooking their private garden. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Complimentary coffee and tea and wine glasses are available for guests in a small area outside the guest rooms. There is a beautiful sitting area downstairs and lovely nooks on the upper floor if you want to gather outside your room. There is also an outdoor gazebo area with tables and chairs. The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and shops- all within easy walking distance to the room. An all around delightful experience.

Everything was superb from checking in to the location and the breakfast. Our room was excellent with a great view of the Harbour.

location is perfect and the house is lovely. loved the view and garden. breakfast was great! We loved the bath products and room scents. The carpet is made of natural jute or sisal which keeps the house feeling fresh. No old building damp odors that are sometimes a problem in Ireland.
