Very tastefully decorated and comfortable room. Host was super friendly (gave us a bag of breakfast treats to take with us). Lots of choice for breakfast. Location is 10 minutes from central Galway on a very quite street.

The location is superb - right in Galway's West End and just across the bridge from the main city center. You can walk anywhere you need! There was plenty of free parking at the property. The owner is absolutely fabulous. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to ensure that you have a great stay. The breakfast is wonderful as well, with many options to choose from including vegan and vegetarian options, and all home cooked by the owner's mother. A perfect place to stay when visiting Galway.

The ensuite room was clean, warm and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The host was there to welcome us in and provided tea/coffee and warm apple tart with ice cream. The complementary breakfast set us off full for the day. The host was friendly. He sat talking to us and made us feel at home.

The property was like renting out a single room airbnb. You had access to a kitchen and living area but basically on your own. It was quiet, and clean. The host were kind but we didn’t see too much of them as we were out and about a lot. Perfect location for visiting Galway, Canamara, and Aran Islands. Also the views of the ocean and the cute walk down to the shore was a nice benefit.

Breakfast was of a good variety with lots of homemade treats of pies and cakes available to have if you were not too full after breakfast. Location was excellent; just a ten minute walk into Eyre Square. Will definitely be recommending this guest house to family and friends and will be our choice of accommodation when we next visit Galway City.
