I spent four days in Dublin for work. I was looking for a place not too far from the Convention Centre, and Waterloo Lodge seemed within reasonable distance of the historic center as well. My room was in the back, overlooking the small garden, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us - far from the busy centre but easy to get there by tram. Only 10 minutes walk from the straight line to the city centre. There was some small breakfast for us in the room by hosts which was extremely nice surprise. Place was brand new and clean. Quiet apartment at the peaceful area. Also there was really nice bed and pillows. It was easy 20 minutes drive to airport with our rental car.

This is probably the best value for money stay you’ll get in Dublin. It’s one of the cheapest you’ll find and it’s in the very city centre. It’s a nice place and the host is great☺️

Great location close to the city centre but removed enough that it was quiet at night. We received a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice gesture. We were in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The layout was a bit odd with doors separating the bedroom, bathroom and living room but this seemed to be for fire safety purposes.

It is a quaint Cottage in a great location for where I needed to get to. The host is charming and very pleasant to deal with who knows the importance of communicating with guests. Thank you for that. I was working most of the time so only really used the place to sleep but it was a comfortable and "Cosy" stay. There were some really thoughtful touches: a welcome card ( hand written!), tea and coffee, condiments and even a little handy first aid tin - loved that!
