My friend and I had a beautiful time in Croatia, and our stay at Rooms Mediterranean Gardens definitely contributed to that! The communication with the property was efficient and pleasant, the location is great with the best beach spot just nearby, as well as the path going all the way up to ruins of an ancient fort (yes, the hike is totally worth the panoramic views you get rewarded with!). We felt at home and didn't want to leave, thank you for everything :) ... oh, and there were turtles and a cat in the backyard, super cute.

The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The area was very interesting, very quiet, but we found everything there. A supermarket is located near the apartments. The host picked us up from the ferry and was really kind and hospitable.

It offers privacy and few gorgeous outdoor spaces: a patio, balcony and a yard with shower (and turtle 😊). Kitchen is very well equped, with a large stove and all appliances you might need.
