Perfect for cooking your own meals especially if you have dietary restrictions or want to save money. •There is a Studenac Market within a minute's walk for all sorts of groceries etc so you can make use of the kitchen. (Or buy other needs) •Perfect location. Right in the middle of Dubrovnik Airport and Old Town. 10-15 minutes to each either by car or bus. Less than 10 minutes walk from various beaches, beachside restaurants, cafes and pubs. •Peaceful, calm and quiet because its not in the middle of tourist attractions, offers very good rest at night. •Decent, free wi-fi. •A very lovely terrace to just relax in after an all day of conferences or vacationing. •Great price.

The property was very roomy for our family of 7. Plenty of bed and bathroom space, and areas to gather together both inside and outside. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was only 10-15 minutes from the Dubrovnik airport, and a short walk, albeit down MANY stairs, to the beach. The best thing about this property is the host. Miro and family were exceptionally welcoming, went out of their way to assist with an early arrival, gave fantastic recommendations for food and booked us a table at a seaside restaurant , and were a joy to be around. Fantastic stay!

Our stay in hotel was wonderful! The owners Rosa and Marco were amazing, they treated us very well, offered us refreshments upon arrival and also just before our departure to the airport. They treated our daughter with love. We also had a lovely present from the hosts upon departure.During the stay they were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was very equipped with everything you need. Each guest have their own fridge. The property have a lovely terrace where you can have an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also you can find a swimming pool on the terrace which is great for the kids. The beach is 7 mins away downhill from the property. There is a local shop just half way to the beach which has everything you need. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone who visits this region.

The host was super helpful, even offered to drive us back to the airport when our taxi was delayed. The appartment is simple, but meticulously clean and also has air con! It’s located at the top of the steps from the harbour which is charming and bustling at night. Its 15 minutes from the airport but it’s quiet and we certainly slept very well during our stay.

Best way to get to the old city is by Uber for around 12 Euros. Much cheaper than trying to park your car in Dubrovnik. The property was clean, bright, quiet and modern, well insolated and on the ground floor. Stela the host was lovely and could speak English well. I recommend this accommodation.

Lovely and kind hosts that helped us with everything we asked and also provided suggestions for food/drink and other useful information. Great location as it is quieter and less touristy than the Dubrovnik area for guests looking to relax. Nevertheless, the Dubrovnik area is near with car and by a small ship from the port which is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this and would happily come back anytime ! Andrew and his wife were the perfect hosts, a wonderful welcome, local information and a nice drink to kick start our holiday. We had everything we need in the room; a mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all the other necessary things.
