Great location and great beach in front of the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, clean and tidy. Although we love the surrounding beaches of Sithonia the beach in front of the apartment is really beautiful. I recommend it to everyone.

Sofia è una splendida padrona di casa! ci ha viziato dal primo momento e abbiamo scoperto che è anche un'ottima cuoca 😍. la casa aveva tutto ciò che può servire. la piscina è bellissima, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità della zona. ha un ampio parcheggio privato. la posizione è comodissima per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona nord e centro di sithonia

Everything about the property was perfect, exaclty like it was described in booking. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property has available free parking across the street at all times. The hosts are very welcoming and always present and available to give tips for everything you might need. Owner was very good and very helpful, the flat is really good and have everything you need as a family from space to comfort and quite, location in very quite area and has a public beach 800 meters away and Nikiti 6 mins by the car, also you can reach to many beautiful beaches by the car in max 10 mins also the pool and grill was great.

Location, people, room size, cleanliness are perfect. Beds are not good. Also a shower curtain is not installed, meaning you have to clean bathroom after every shower.

The place is lovely and new, in the middle of an olive garden and it has a very big bedroom with a cosy bed. Outdoor kitchen is well equiped. The host is a warm and kind person. It also has an outdoor shower. We enjoyed our stay.

The location and the house are very beautiful, large yard, maintained and Nikos is a good host who can guide you with anything you need. Superb terrace where you can relax after a sunny day with a glass of wine from the house.
