I was so happy with my stay. The owners are really lovely and friendly people and I felt very welcome. They were able to provide some great advice about the area and they also organise tours. The room was comfortable and bathroom as well. I recommend to order breakfast, it was so good! I tried their Homemade chacha too. Cheers :)

Super cozy and comfortable. The garden area has some tables for sitting and relaxing and is very peaceful. Everything was clean. Wifi was great.

Our room was spacious and clean, the view from the (shared) upstairs balcony is wonderful, and there's good wifi. We were very pleased with the bathroom and the water was nice and hot. Hostess speaks Georgian, Russian and German; no English. Breakfast is standard Georgian; not worth the additional 20 GEL per person, but good enough (and convenient as there aren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity).

We had such a wonderful stay at Top Floor. This guesthouse is run by a very welcoming family. They were hospitable and super helpful in organizing a driver for a tour around Khaketi. Our room was large, very clean, and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the balconies, garden, and their cat Schwartz! Don't hesitate to book Top Floor, it's one of the best guesthouses we've stayed in on our travels around Georgia.
