From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Very-very well equipped apartment placed at ground floor. The rooms are quite large and the furniture modern and functional too (microwave, dish and washing machines present with sops!). We appreciated the presence of a complely private internal small garden to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. The aprtment is locaed just 10 minutes walking from the see and from Rue de France, parallel to famous Promenade des Anglais, that can bring you to Massena square where you can find many shops, restaurants and minimarkets. Very good the presence of a privat parking place, directly aside from the flat, since in Nice is very complicated to find a good parking. Finally, both Mr. and Mrs Charbonnier are very kind people and available in case of any needs you might have during the stay.

Amazing host!! We accidentally had walked up from the train station the first day with two suitcases completely tiring ourselves out. She helped us get up the stairs with our luggage and even offered us a ride early the next morning, which we took her up on, and she was super nice and easygoing. Absolutely beautiful view of the area as well. Super recommended!!!

We have stayed 2 families with child and it was perfect. Location was amazing. The house was completely clear and there was too much stuff for the kitchen. Also they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift which was so kind. I suggest for everyone. Communication was great and Narine was at home exactly on checkout time as we agreed. I suggest everyone this great place.

It is hard to determine wether the location or the level of service among the staff was the greatest part of the experience. The hotel is located literally 1-2 minutes walk from a stretch of public beach, which we enjoyed throughout the week. Heading in the other direction for about 30 seconds and you will find yourself at the central walking street of Nice. At arrival (three hours early) our room was already prepared and so we could check in. It was a great start. At check-out, the reception stored our luggage until we had to departure. Overall the staff was very polite and accommodating, and the common kitchen facilities made it possible to store and cool your water, as well as having breakfast and lunch at the hotel. The room was very clean, and it exceeded our expectations to standard, considering that it was a very fair daily price place to stay in the high-season. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nice, unless you prefer to pay a lot more to stay at a more posh hotel right next to it.
