Set in Ponta do Pargo, in the west side of Madeira Islands Region, 35 km from Funchal, Casas da Levada boasts an outdoor pool and views of the sea. Free private parking is available on site. A beautiful and quiet place with a wonderful view. Swimming pool and garden - a dream. Quite close to all the commodities and not far from all the nice places to visit in Madeira. We loved it and will come back surely.

Quinta das Hortensias is a traditional Madeira home located in Arco de São Jorge, on the north Coast of Madeira Island. The unit features views over the Atlantic Ocean and the lush Laurissilva Forest.... On the North side of Madeira, I sought out this lodging because I believed it would be quiet and beautiful, which it certainly was. In addition, the host Viriato was incredibly kind and responsive, with personalized recommendations and a connection to the lived life of the island. The cottages are nicely renovated old homes, both charming and comfortable which is my ideal in a stay away from home. The gardens and outside areas surrounding the cottage are expertly crafted places for taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. There are several roads and paths where you can walk directly to the beachfront, and parking is easy if you brave the mountainous roads of Madeira. I Highly recommended!

Offering an idyllic setting in an Agroturism property, Casas de Pedra is located in Camacha, a Madeiran village located 12 km from Funchal city centre. It offers free WiFi access. All the details, so very well taken care off this place. We had a warm welcome, with some nice snacks in the house. The house you are stay at is very spacious, has a lovely balcony in the sun and everywhere you look it is green. We used this location to go for the sunrise at Pico Ruivo, which was a good decision as it is only a 20 minute drive. can also recommend the restaurant Abrigo de pastor for dinner. We made our own breakfast as you have a fully equipped kitchen, everything was there!

Offering a natural lagoon, this 1.4-hectares property is situated on the plateau of Santo da Serra, in Madeira Island. The pet-friendly Quinta do Pântano, Agro Turismo offers free Wi-Fi. The location was as depicted. Serene and verdant mountain countryside. A quiet and tranquil venue. Very relaxing. Cottages/studios were very comfortable and cozy. Venue was within walking distance from locally owned restaurants, cafes, and small market. Very quaint. Locals were very friendly & receptive. The Sunday farmers' market is a must see and do

Quinta Terezinha is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a base to discover the island. The host Laura was so friendly and was really useful in providing information for the shops, restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation itself was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The farmhouse was lovely with comfy beds, a great shower and really clean. We didn't really make the most of the outdoor areas, but there are hammocks, a barbeque and sun loungers all with amazing views. As others have mentioned, you will likely become the owner of a couple of cats for your stay which we loved. On arrival, Laura had prepared a welcome hamper with some local exotic fruits, ground coffee and a bottle of Madeira Wine which was a lovely touch. If you run out or want any more fresh produce from the farm then the instructions are to just help yourself. What an amazing stay - just wish we could have stayed longer.

Moinho do Comandante is located in São Roque, in Madeira. The unit is in a naturally green property, which features a spring of drinkable water. Homes at the Comandante’s come with a seating area. We loved everything about staying Moinho. Carlos and Leonor are the most wonderful hosts and we fell in love immediately with the incredibly beautiful place they made. In the mornings Carlos makes a wonderful breakfast with whatever you prefer, in the evenings you can enjoy a quiet drink in the bar or outside in the gardens or take advantage of the sauna! We can't wait to return there soon!
