Fantastic location on the island with a less than 5 minutes drive to the town of Capelas that had a great grocery market (Continente) to stock up on food. The charming stone cottage was spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen and the host was very gracious to share some local goodies/wine. Thank you! The grounds of the property were beautiful and well kept. Hydrangeas surrounding the pool and with a stunning view looking out over the ocean in the distance. After long days of sightseeing around the island we were so thankful to come back to this little piece of paradise to cook dinner and relax by the pool to watch the sunset. An easy 20 minute drive to the airport. Free parking on site. Highly recommend.

Minha Casa is in a great location to tour the north coast... with several great restaurants near by. The house had everything we needed and many nice touches (washing machine, coffee filter + coffee). Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and well appointed.

What we enjoyed the most was the every day breakfast in the basket. Also the kitchen and the bed was too comfy!! The silence also is much appreciated

Everything was excellent! House is in perfect condition, you can find fully equiped kitchen to prepare and eat meals, rooms are clean, beds are so comfortable. The best place on Sao Miguel :)

The owners were very friendly, they gave us some recomendations on where to eat near the house. We stayed in a small "villa" for 2 Persons. It was very spacious for two. We very much enjoyed the veranda just in front of the villa. The surroundings are very quiet, we had some great sleep.
