We stayed for three nights at this magical, atmospheric place. The host Vitor, is friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable; he made us feel welcome and gave us many recommendations for the region’s beautiful spots and good restaurants. The breakfast, served in the garden, was delicious and included homemade jam, honey and cakes. Amazing place, highly recommended to nature, dog and cat lovers.

The room was exceptionally clean and the homely touches were most welcome. The breakfast was well catered and gluten free items were not an issue. We particularly enjoyed the rural feel to the location and the animals at the property were gorgeous and included horses, dogs and chickens. There was also a playground for children as well as a pool so this was a very family friendly place as well.
