All staff was very welcoming and very helpful - loved them all! The room was decorated gorgeously - boho chic. Having a large heater was a blessing as being there in the winter made other rooms I stayed in very cold. I can't even imagine what it would be like to stay here during the summer time being so close to all the great spots.

The birthday surprises provided by the staff was something that showed the level of excellence of the team and it was really appreciated after the tough year. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure our comfort at the hotel in all the areas that we used. The views are spectacular and it is always wonderful to bask in the beauty, especially if you are afforded a seat with a view for Breakfast and dinner. Dinner was beautiful, tasty and the Chefs Tuna tartare was delicious. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and the turn down was a pleasant surprise after our return from Dinner. Thank you to each and every member in the hotel that just makes a stay seamless, easy and effortless. I was able to re-charge and just enjoy my birthday with you all. Thank you for this.
