Neljatärnihotell Salute Premium Hotel & Spa asub Hanoi kesklinnas Hanoi vanalinna värava ja Püha Joosepi katedraali lähedal. This place was fantastic! We visited the hotel twice while traveling through northern Vietnam, and each time was exceptional. The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a vast array of hot meals, pastries, fruits, and juices, all incredibly delicious and fresh.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.

The rooms were small, but the service more than made up for it. I wish that I had booked more nights there. Ms. Lucy was the highlight of this location. Her customer service was far beyond all the others that I've experienced in all my travels. She handles that hotel like she owns it. Even when I wasn't staying there, she took great care of my traveling needs. I'll stay there every time I come back to the old quarter of She still working there. Thank you for everything Ms. Lucy.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were many little extras like cotton buds. There were many options for breakfast with bread, rice, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The location was also amazing, close to everything but no noise from the busy streets at night. The wifi was ok.

Terrassiga hotell Hanoi Calista asub Hanoi kesklinnas, 700 meetri kaugusel Püha Joosepi katedraalist. Selles neljatärnihotellis on pangaautomaat ja turismiinfo. Spacious, clean and comfortable room (extra couch, super comfy bed). Hotel seems to be quite new. Extremely quiet location in a side street. Good walking distance to the center. Super friendly and always helpful staff. Very good breakfast selection. We would definitely stay here again.

The Manager Mary and her friendly staff make us feel at home. All her staff are very helpful if u need any assistances ;for places to visit or to eat at local eateries ,etc. arrangement for transport from airport n for tours was done professionally.

Meritel Hanoi asub Hanois. Kohapeal on välibassein, spordikeskus, terrass ja baar. Excellent location for exploring the old town, wonderful staff. Good breakfast and the rooftop bar / pool is a big bonus as a family
