Canise and Omar welcomed me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was fantastic, very comfortable. We had a winter storm and I was given extra blankets, a heater, a kettle to make tea and a lovely mug. Nice warm dressing gown and a lovely note to welcome me. Snacks and water in the room. Great restaurant and John the bar man. I was always given advice about where to go and how to get there, the staff were wonderful.

My stay was pleasant and staff was courteous. On request, they have extended the check out time as well and definately will recommend others as well.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. Smyth is in a fantastic location and the rooms are impressively clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - everything you could ask for! Smyth Tribeca is our go-to hotel when we visit NYC. Highly recommend!

This 4-star New York City hotel is in the Tribeca neighborhood, across the street from trendy SoHo shopping. It offers guest rooms, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff. Club room with a good breakfast and aperitif in the evening. Very good location, we were able to visit a large part of Manhattan on foot.

I arrived early and they held my bags while I went to work. Once I checked-in, the TV in the room had my name in it (nice touch!). The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was heavenly. I also liked the breakfast to go option. I also was very grateful that they held my bag after I checked out. The location was perfect, next to a subway station and near lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
