This was a perfect stay, an absolute dream come true. The artistic history of the place is overwhelming (ask about your room number), and the recent renovations perfectly honor this and the building's original architectural beauty without compromising on modern comfort. Nothing corporate or institutional about this place; on the contrary, it's just dripping with character and whimsy. Don't miss the lobby bar, cafe, or especially El Quijote, as these are all exceedingly beautiful and luxurious. The staff are largely friendly and accommodating, and the building is well located (a straight 10min walk from Penn Station, close to Greenwich Village, etc.). Pretty crazy that a hotel could tempt me away from exploring Manhattan. I never wanted to leave, and can't wait to return.

Situato a New York, il 4 stelle TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea dista 600 metri dal Madison Square Garden e meno di 1 km dal Flatiron Building. Location was perfect, close to the subway and a few blocks away from Penn Station. Breakfast was good and it was varying during our stay. Rooms and bed were comfortable. No doubt next time we visit NYC we definitely will choose this hotel again.
