The accomodation was mis booked for the dates and the staff rectified MY error really seamlessly, getting us quickly settled into our room. Always attentive and helpful. This luxurious downtown Boston hotel features 2 on-site restaurants and rooms with large flat-screen TVs. the breakfast was very poor in quality and service. the bar was most of the time closed and there was no foodservice at our arrival available. only room service. all in all not RC standart

This historic Boston hotel is located in the Back Bay Theater District.The hotel features a gym, business center and free Wi-Fi. Location can't be better, absolutely perfect! We walked a lot and reached the best restaurants and stores in few minutes, the subway station just in front brought us everywhere we needed in very short time, just on the same side is a playground and swimming pool

The location was great,bathrooms were clean all the times,the staff was really kind and helpful.Free breakfast was a real bonus:)
