Located in the heart of Nisantasi neighbourhood, The St. Regis Istanbul offers signature 24-hour St. Regis Butler Service and elegantly decorated rooms with air conditioning. For the first part of our stay, we had a city view room. The second part, a week after, we stayed at the Park view room. Both rooms were very comfortable. The hotel location is excellent. It is in the shopping district of Istanbul. After more than an 11 hours flight, we were tired and had our dinner in the room; it was exceptional. The hotel is also surrounded by well-known restaurants. Even though we did not include breakfast in our reservation, a couple of times, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was very delicious. Summary having breakfast or dinner at the hotel is highly recommended. We had a rental car; The hotel provided vale services for parking, which was great. The front reception team under the management of Cuneyt Demirbag was accommodating. Mr. Demirbag and his staff (especially Umit) made us feel like we were at our own home. We would like to thank them one more time. The housekeeping staff (Yesim Hanim) was very helpful.

The Bosphorus is less than one kilometre away. everything was exceptional , the rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable , everything we needed was available , the staff were friendly and very helpful specially Atakan and Khalil who helped us a lot during our stay.
