Situato sul tranquillo viale alberato di Orchard Road, il Four Seasons Hotel Singapore è un'oasi di tranquillità nel cuore di una città frenetica. The bed and pillows are amazing. I wish I could import that exact bed and pillows here to my home in Japan. The breakfast was always delicious and full of different options. I loved the variety and I would have to have stayed for longer (I stayed for 1 week) to have tried everything I wanted to try. The hotel is beautiful everywhere. The 190 (bar on the first floor) is great, the room service was also awesome (I ordered room service everyday, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner and sometimes for a late night snack) and it was always brought up quickly and nicely served. The food I ate at the hotel was always delicious, nicely presented and so were the drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). Basically, I liked everything during my week staying at the Four Seasons but if I had to pick one item I liked the most, it would be their employees. The service is AMAZING. The weather was overwhelmingly hot and rainy so I spent quite a lot of time in the hotel during my 1 week in Singapore and I cannot praise the employees enough for their kindness, quality of service and above all their smile always. If I had to pick 1 item that WILL make me come back, it would have to be their wonderful employees.

The breakfast was outstanding as was the location. Easy to take public transportation. I had club access and it was really worth it! All the staff were friendly and helpful as well. JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is conveniently located on the Orchard Road shopping district and a 2-minute walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT Station. Very great service. They responded very quickly with the requests. Special thanks to the colleague bringing our luggage to the rooms.

Ottima posizione vicino alla fermata metro Orchard Road ed al famoso mall Ion. Colazione super sia internazionale che araba. Camera spaziosa e buona l'insonorizzazione. Offerto gratuitamente. Molto gradita le bottiglie di acqua in omaggio. Efficiente il servizio concierge. Buona la palestra e la piscina anche se non panoramica.
