Room was clean, we had drinkable water in the room, staff was very helpful and kind... The center of the city is half an hour from the hotel with public transport so that was ok for us.

Rooms are clean and enough for 2-3 people. Good wifi connection. Staff are very accommodating. They had our towels and toiletries changed everyday. They also refill complimentary coffee/tea when we requested.

ibis budget Singapore Ruby is located in Eastern Geylang, a 10-minute walk from Aljunied MRT Station. The hotel is accesible to bus stop and a 10 min. walk to MRT Aljunaid Station. There are several 24 hour convinience store around the area. The room has enough space and it was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom is really nice with hot shower. The price is worth it. I love the cozy room ambiance. Facilities like water heater tissue dispenser, soap dispenser, coffee cups and even free tea and coffee are awesome. With the staff, they are all attentive, generous, warm, welcoming and easy to approach. I highly recommended Ms. May, one of the staff who were really tried her best to give the best csotumer service. Plus the malaysian guy and the chinese looking guy in the reception, they were all excellent! Thank you for accomodating us and making our SG trip memorable. Thumbs up!

Ideally located in the Geylang district of Singapore, ibis budget Singapore Gold is located 3.5 km from Bugis Street, 3.6 km from Mustafa Centre and 3.9 km from Suntec City. The room arranged everything well even it was small, but it’s almost everywhere the same in Singapore. We were lucky that one of our rooms upgraded to a 4 persons suite, my uncles can stayed in the bigger one with more space and comfy, and we all enjoyed to chilling there. Thank you for letting us had a great stay there!
