Bank hotel is set in central Stockholm, a few minutes' walk from Strandvägen and Stureplan in the Östermalm district. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great. Staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and had great service mind. They were very responsive to your request and offered more.

Historical outside and inside but the room we stayed renovated with a modern architectural style that does not lose the feeling of the hotels soul coming with its age. Classy restaurants inside with unique view of the city and well prepared tasty menu. Hospitality that gives you the feeling everything is planned to make you feel at home and also you are on a vacation.

After having fled from a horrible, claustrofobic and dirty “hotel” in Gamla Stan, we were more than heartwarmingly welcomed at the front desk by Fredrik. He gave us a wonderful and very clean room (upgraded ) - and the rest of the staff turned out to be as helpful and smiling as him. Breakfast was delicious, the bar funky and cozy at the same time and Rivals staff and beautiful interior made a short trip Copenhagen-Stockholm go from a holiday in hell to a holiday in Heaven.

The most sightseeing attractions are walkable distance, and you can reach to Djurgården in 20~30 minutes by taking a bus or tram. We upgraded our room to Medium King Room because we needed a bigger wardrobe. The room was clean & well-designed, and the bathroom was big enough. The bed and pillows were very comfy and warm even though it was below -10 sometimes during our stay. We'd love to give our special thanks to all the staff at the reception and the restaurant for their warm hospitality and kind help. "All of you made our trip much more delightful. Thank you!!"
