I had an issue with advance payment for the reservation of my room, hotel employees allowed us to stay at the hotel without any issues and check in/out was tension free!! I really appreciate their help and would definitely book again as well as recommend to my network. Thanks

Le Nour Al Thuria Hotel se dresse haut au cœur du monde musulman. L'hôtel 700 mètres de la Kaaba sainte. Il est situé à côté de 400 mètres de l'Abraj Al Bait et à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Very close to Masjid Al Haram, the hotel is on a little hill but golf carts were available 24/7 upon request to take you up and down. I personally did not feel the need to use them, but it makes sense for older people or people who have bad knees 😅 or even in case you went on a shopping spree after the prayer Hadi, Samir and the rest of the staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming always looking to help and make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Surplombant la ville sainte, le Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah se dresse fièrement en plein cœur du monde musulman. Dans le cadre du célèbre complexe Abraj Al Bait, l'hôtel fait face à la sainte Kaaba. Très bien accueilli à la réception et on eu nos chambres exactement comme on le souhaite je remercie tout le personnel et en particulier aziza pour sa courtoisie et sa patience

Located in the prestigious Abraj Al-Bait complex overlooking the Grand Mosque and Kaaba shrine, Raffles Makkah Palace boasts spacious suites with panoramic views and 24-hour personal butler service. Très mauvaise gestion de la réservation par Booking. Des messages contradictoires intempestifs et jusqu’à la dernière minute . Vraiment très mauvaise gestion du dossier par Booking.com .

Le Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel se situe à seulement 100 mètres de la Masjid al-Haram. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel. La proximité avec le Haram a rendu l'expérience encore plus spéciale. Le confort des installations et la qualité du service du personnel ont largement dépassé mes attentes. Tout était impeccable, et je me suis senti très bien pris en charge. C'était une expérience très agréable, et je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cet hôtel à d'autres personnes.

Located next to the Al-Masjid Al-Haram Mosque less than 3 minutes walking, Dorrar Aleiman Royal offers (Al Safwa Tower 4) rooms and suites with centrally air conditioning and satellite LCD. This is my 3rd visit, 2nd stay in safwa tower. Other time stayed in clock tower. Let me start with the name of Mr. Anwar, Mr. Matouk and Mr. Hasan; All 3 gentlemen made my umrah easy and more blessed. All the bengali housekeeper did excellent job..location is the most convenient. View was amazing and room size including bathroom are big and clean. Thank you again and keep up the great work for this amazing hotel...
