The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet, large and with a varanda. Both bed and shower were amazing and helped us relax a lot Great breakfast and perfect location, just a few minutes from the train station The staff was also very attentive, they gave us an upgrade to a bigger room (probably because we visited in March, I imagine the hotel was not fully booked). We also enjoyed the common area in front of the pool, it was very quiet and great for a last drink after dinner

BessaHotel Baixa is centrally located in Porto, right in the heart of the undefeated city, just a few minutes from City Market Bolhão. We had an amazing time in Porto, the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great, and the staff did their best to make the best of it. Ana from the reception was very helpful and gave us good recommendations on some places and wine cellars to visit. We would come back again.

The PortoBay Hotel Teatro is a 4-star hotel in Porto belonging to the PortoBay Group. Great location, excellent staff, exceptional service. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. It was my birthday during our stay and the hotel staff was very kind to send champagne and cake to our room to celebrate. It was very unexpected from our side and felt amazing. So huge thanks to the staff for their thoughtfulness.
