The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The design of the room was interesting and not ordinary. They welcomed us with a bottle of Porto wine and pastries, and suggested to have a dinner in an appealing restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious, beautiful and our evening was memorable❤️

Even though my friend managed to fall asleep in the hallway, they helped me get him safely in to my room. They now have a suberb surveillance video to show at this years christimas party. We will be back soon. If they will have us😉

He was polite, eager to help us with our bags and settling into our room as soon as we arrived. Overall, highly professional experience with him.
