The concierge, Lille, could not have been more helpful. She really went out of her way to arrange my trip and it was obvious that she genuinely cared. Fantastic service.

The staff were super friendly, and the facilities were fine. The location is amazing, close to many very good restaurants and easy to go anywhere around the city.
