The room I had had a little problem, so I told the owner and he switched me to a larger new room without any additional cost. Additionally, the hotel has candy available at the reception desk, which my kids really liked. On the day to the airport, because I had an early flight and couldn't book a Grab, the owner booked one for me. I am very satisfied with this hotel. If anyone goes to Kuala Lumpur, you should book a room here. I highly recommend it.
