The owners were incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were a comfortable size, including a personal fridge, a TV that received local channels (with HDMI input as well), microwave access, easy trash disposal and much more. This place was an absolute slam dunk and I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Every device has a note in English with usage information. The host is very helpful and responsive. Hotel's location is very close to metro station. There are many stores around and several vegan cafes. In our room there were 5 sleeping places. For a group of three friends it had enough space. The place is super clean and nice. Has a great balcony with a good view.

Apartment with kitchen clean and equipped with all comforts ! The location is close to the Shinjuku Station, the district is one of the most interesting areas of Tokyo. Really friendly and welcoming staff !! To be recommended !

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room with view, excellent service. The room had pjs and robe like kimono coffees etc etc. The restaurants also excellent as well as the breakfast and the lounge. Situated conveniently in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Hotel STAY ARI Higashishinjuku is set 400 metres from Meotogi Shrine, 500 metres from Okubo Baptist Church and 400 metres from Inari Kio... Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!

Our stay was extremely plesant at Miyabi residence! The owner is so helpful and accommodating and the accommodation is tasteful, very clean and relatively close to two different stations (15-20 mins walk). It's a small space but incredibly well laid out. Will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel in a great neighbourhood. We loved our stay here - the room was gorgeous, even with goldfish on the balcony, complementary robes, bath salts, snacks, etc. The couple running it are so friendly and thoughtful and we felt so welcome here. The attention to details like the artwork in the hallway and in the rooms was lovely and they even left a note in Irish welcoming us! One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.
