I didn't get to try the breakfast there but the rooftop restaurant looked amazing, I didn't try the food because I had already eaten elsewhere, but the drinks were tasty and pretty! The location of the hotel was perfect and ideal, the subway was right below so it made it easy to travel to different areas of Kobe. The first thing that caught my attention when walking into my hotel room was the views we saw looking out the window, it was pretty amazing! The room i booked was a bit small but its perfect for 2 people who need to rest after exploring Kobe all day, room might be small to others who prefer big rooms but I loved the room! Hopefully whenever I do have the funds to visit Kobe again, i would definitely book this hotel again.

I came with friends/boyfriend, and it was a comfortable distance away from Sannomiya Station. Lots of stores and food options nearby. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant right next door. How convenient! Overall, very good hotel for the price. If I ever return to Sannomiya, I will be sure to book again.

Villa Fontaine Kobe Sannomiya offers modern rooms with free wired internet access. Free Wi-Fi is available at the 5th floor lobby. Good location. Supermarket and shopping mall right next door. Only few minutes walk from Sannomiya Station, so it’s very easy to get around!

Hotel Monte Hermana Kobe Amalie is a 3-minute walk from Sannomiya Hanshin Station and a 10-minute walk from the historical district of Kitano Ijinkan. Great beds with comforters and working AC. the location is easy to find and quiet next to the shrine. Helpful staff that speak well English.
