The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and spoke a variety of languages. The restaurant and breakfast were delicious and well priced. And it was so nice to just relax at the pool for a few hours. The patio section outside for smoking or just enjoying some drinks was comfortable and clean.

It was an amazing place to stay in Rome, the staff girl was super nice and so helpful, We had a great experience staying in this place and we are so grateful for the good info we received. The host was super friendly and informative. All the tips/tricks of the Rome life were shared e.g. transportation, underwater rocks, scam schemes for tourists and how to avoid them. Don't be concerned regarding the location of the place on the Rome map thinking that it's far away from the city centre, you can reach the Coliseum by foot in 45 minutes, or in 10 minutes by public transport for 1.5 euro per person (May 2024). I'd say that you're located almost in the city centre. Plenty of places to eat Italian food nearby the Damiva with acceptable prices compared to the City centre. You'll be provided with a breakfast ticket by the host and can have a classical Italian breakfast (pastry of your choice + coffee), though it's located on the other side of the street. In addition you can use the apartment kitchen/fridge/utensils free of charge informing host in advance or in WhatsApp (usually answers withing 30 minutes (usually instantly)). It's a decent place for the money paid.

The view, location and the building itself are just amazing. You have your own balcony with the panoramic view of the city and you could just sit there and enjoy it while drinking your coffee. The neighborhood is very pleasant, there's a supermarket next door and restaurants literally as soon as you get out on the street. It's a 15-20minute walk from the center of Trastevere and a 40minute walk from Pantheon. Public transport stations are nearby and you won't have any problems getting around. The room was clean and cosy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The building itself is modern, which was a plus for us. Owner Emanuela was very kind and helped us with every question we had.
