Staff was great, friendly, speak Spanish, helpful, very nice service in general. Room was nice, great bathroom, nice bed. Very comfy. Breakfast was nice! It's a must if you stay there. I have stayed at Crossroad Hotel several times. The location is perfect, the rooms are simple but smartly designed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be putting full body mirrors somewhere in the room, as they are always useful. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and a second mirror is always good to have specially if you are travelling with someone else.
