Very neat and clean - the cleaning ladies cleaned our room and changed towels every day. The staff was nice and friendly. They upgraded our room at no extra charge! The breakfast was excellent - for everyone’s taste; delicious! The hotel is 15 mins away from the tram station where you can take a tram to the Duomo.

It was a clean place and receptionist was very helpful. She suggested good places to visit and also gave very good directions for public transportation.

My room had everything I needed, super comfy and very quiet. Shower was amazing and the free toiletries of super quality. Breakfast was filled with options, delicious! I've managed to work from my room with comfort for the first 3 days, used the gym facilities which were a life saver and whenever I needed to go out felt safe coming back - staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for making my birthday so special and my first time visiting Milan so wonderful!
