Every single person from the staff was welcoming, nice and helpful. The hotel is an oasis of calm and relax. Very convenient parking lot. Just 10-15 minutes walking to the city center, and with fantastic restaurants just a few minutes walk (<5m). Maybe the best option to stay in Florence.

The accomodation is situated in the very centre of Florence, but you have a wonderful garden and a private car park! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, we felt perfectly welcome. The accommodation kept the original style whilst offering a lot of comfort, eg a very modern bathroom. We had a wonderful view of the garden and the roofs of Florence (and even a small part of Il Duomo!!)

Hotel Relais Il Cestello is located in Piazza del Cestello, next to the Cestello Church, and enjoys unforgettable views of River Arno. Rooms have wooden furniture and free Wi-Fi. Everything was great from amazing Eduina who helped us with everything to the beautiful hotel and the location!

The communal area was great, we actually stayed in, cooked dinner and watched a movie a few of the nights we were there. The size of the apartment was great, the amenities were great, we were super happy.

No noise at night from adjoining flats or from outside even though flat is located in a vibrant area of town with many local café bars and restaurants. A short walk from all the major sights and yet very tranquil with very few tourists.

Paola is very kind to let us have a early check-in. The apartment is quiet, outside has the best in town gelato, and is walking distance to all the main attractions.
