Location was perfect. Very friendly staff (concierge Anil especially). Food was also really tasty and they were taking care that it is not too spicy for non-Indians (even chef himself asked us about it). Very personal attitude for guests. Hotel is enclosed within some greenery and makes a very private impression even though it is in a crowded city center of New Delhi.

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
