Centrally located in Kolkata’s business district, Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata offers a blend of modern and colonial architecture. I loved the stay, it was cozy, comfortable and clean. I loved their food. The staff was very helpful and well behaved. Ethan and I forgot the name of another staff :( was really nice. The location was super convenient as I could walk to victoria memorial and many other shopping places too. I highly recommend and definitely will come here again if I am coming back.

The hotel's prime location, right in the heart of the city, was incredibly convenient for exploring all that Kolkata has to offer. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff I interacted with, especially Shushanto, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made me feel truly welcome and valued.

The Astor is een 100 jaar oud monumentaal gebouw in Kolkata en biedt 2 eetgelegenheden. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar in de openbare ruimtes van de accommodatie. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. It seems that they were empowered to make decisions that were in the guests best interest on their own at the time required. No red tape. The food was also exceptional! Even arriving right on closing time at the restaurant after a big day of travel with two sleeping kids, they did not hesitate to serve us and ensure we were well fed and watered before going to bed ourselves (AND first time ever offered to carry my sleeping child up the stairs to the room - so very helpful, always with a smile and can do attitude). The staff actually anticipated our needs and made helpful suggestions each day. What a difference! THANK YOU!
