Friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived early and they arranged a room very quickly for me. Additionally, I requested a slightly late check-out, which they graciously allowed at no extra cost. The location is very central and the room was quiet, despite a busy road just metres away. The breakfast was superb and generous.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kolkata.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. It seems that they were empowered to make decisions that were in the guests best interest on their own at the time required. No red tape. The food was also exceptional! Even arriving right on closing time at the restaurant after a big day of travel with two sleeping kids, they did not hesitate to serve us and ensure we were well fed and watered before going to bed ourselves (AND first time ever offered to carry my sleeping child up the stairs to the room - so very helpful, always with a smile and can do attitude). The staff actually anticipated our needs and made helpful suggestions each day. What a difference! THANK YOU!
