Rezort The Ritz-Carlton Bali ponúka tropickú dovolenku s výhľadom na Indický oceán v letovisku Nusa Dua. The hotel was beautiful, large, the rooms were very spacious and had a really nice and comfortable bed and great shower. The restaurants were really good, especially the Beach Grill. Ian, the manager was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious :)

Love the promptness of every requests we ask for - whether through call or through the app. The services from ALL the staffs - from the reception, to the butler services, to the spa massauer - are exceptional. I even had a surprise birthday cake when I didn't inform them of my birthday. Special thanks to all the staffs who service us during our stay. Will definitely come back again in our next trip. Love the spa treatment and the massauer - Partini and Ratih - who are very professional and bubbly. Also love it that we get complimentary tickets and transport to Canna Beach.
