The hosts were very helpful and informative. The location is lovely for Jacobs beach and then a 20 minute walk to old town (it was actually really lovely that we could see the old town from our room, made the view even more beautiful). The balcony was amazing to watch the sunset and the room was lovely and clean,very comfy bed. There is a shared kitchen with all the basics and then Nespresso coffee pods for 1 euro each. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful Apartment asub Dubrovnikus, vaid 70 meetri kaugusel St. Jacobi rannast. Dubrovnik With Jacuzzi pakub rannaäärset majutust koos tasuta WiFi-ühendusega. What a great holiday, thanks to the host and the amazing set-up. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and hot tub over our stay and the very special sunsets over the old town of Dubrovnik. Easy access to the town center by Uber and there is many, and they are very quick to get you from anywhere, it is a 20 min walk into the old town but well worth the journey for the views on the route are also great. The apartment has everything you need and more for self-catering, the detail and time spent on the finishes are very well thought of, if you think of something that you have at home the apartments have it too. There is a beautiful beach not even 100 meters from the flat called St Jacobs Beach and this is great for snorkeling and swimming and jumping off small rock ledges into the water. My kids had hours of fun and would highly recommend this venue to any family as it is also very private with enough areas around the apartment to unwind and relax and you are not on top of each other.

The apartment was better than I even expected. It has everything we were looking for. The view alone was worth the price. It’s so close to the beach. The location was brilliant, it’s about a 25minute walk into the old town. The hosts were amazing, regularly sending texts to make sure we were okay.

Clean and functional apartment with amazing view, it is situated in 15 mins walk to the old city centre and right next to the best beach of Dubrovnik. It had everything you need for the stay. Friendly and caring host Maja. I've got great pleasure from staying in the apartments.

Vaikse asukohaga Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov on vaid 50 meetri kaugusel merest ja 2 km kaugusel UNESCO maailmapärandi nimistusse kuuluvast Dubrovniku vanalinnast. What a great accommodation off the beaten path, with absolutely stunning views! Ana, the hostess, was very kind and welcoming. Before we arrived she told us exactly where to park, and she met us at the car to guide us down to the property. After giving a brief tour, she left us to get settled in. This was our first stop in Croatia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Dubrovnik. The path down to the beach and Old Town is easily walkable from here. We loved that there was a private balcony to sit and relax while eating a meal and look out over the bay.
