The staff were always helpful. The young woman that works at the breakfast buffet sitting people was always a joy to see in the morning. Even the cleaning staff always greeted you with happy good mornings.

Featuring an outdoor pool, Harbour Grand Hong Kong is a 2-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station. Overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour, the rooms offer free Wi-Fi and wired internet access. Well located, near the metro, bus and tram stops. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Victoria Harbour. Restaurant on 41st floor and the deck on the roof offered amazing views of Kowloon Bay and Victoria Harbour. Checking and checkout was pleasant and all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness and the overall amenities provided. The rooms were very well maintained. Location was prime. View from the 30th floor was amazing.
