Everything was perfect honestly, tried booking for December already to come for the holiday with kids.. but sadly the hotel was fully booked on the website. Hello Hotel terletak 8 km dari pusat bandar Manchester, dengan 2 stesen kereta api berhampiran dan kemudahan parking percuma. Reasonably priced and a great location. The room was perfect for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights and were made very welcome. The restaurant next door was handy and even though the breakfast was limited it was ok.

I have no idea why the rating is so low but it was a great stay and I even had a heater working🤣 You can get here by bus at 2 pounds - the stop is outside, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood there is Lidl on the way to get some food. Check in is remote - you get your room number and a code for the keys - the locker can be tricky - push harder to open. Towels and linen were included in the rate, soap and shampoo. They even provide a small tea pot, that was very lovely along with coffee. The rooms and property are a bit outdated and it’s not that fancy of a place but among all the variants in Manchester this was the best. You can also use a kitchen to heat smth.
