Lovely to be able to have a friendly place to share with our furbaby. The atmosphere and surrounds was exceptional.

Dog & Fox heeft een restaurant en een bar en beschikt over luxe kamers. Supervriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel net als bij het ontbijt.

Wimbledon Views ligt op 300 m van The All England Lawn Tennis Club Centre Court en biedt accommodatie met een keuken. De accommodatie biedt uitzicht op de tuin. In my many visits to London, this is the first time that I stayed as far away from the city as I did. And I'm glad I did. First of all Sandie and Charlie were perfect hosts. Even before I had arrived, every time I texted Charlie, I received a reply almost immediately or within a matter of minutes at the most. And he turned out to be a friendly, helpful, and gracious host. I got to know both Charlie and Sandie a little and it felt as if I were staying with old friends. Short of getting you a pet alligator, they'd do their best to accommodate any reasonable request you may have. The apartment was very comfortable - clean, large bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is a smaller, pleasant, bedroom which is large enough for a single. The kitchen and bathrooms were smallish but quite adequate for my needs. The wifi was fast and reliable although it went on vacation for a minute or two on a couple of occasions. It seemed to be unseasonably cold at times on the outside but it was always pleasantly comfortable in the apartment with the well-controlled heating. All the while I was there, I left the window shades up because of the lovely views. Wimbledon Centre Court is just a stone's throw away and in the distance the London Eye provides a point of reference for the city's skyline. Just a few minutes walk in the pretty neighbourhood takes you to Wimbledon Village, a delightful hamlet where you can sample a variety of cuisines from around the world - Europe, Asia, the Americas. For groceries, there's a Tesco Express which is open from early morning till late at night. A short jog takes you to Wimbledon Commons where you can stretch your legs or go for a non-trivial run. Going to the city involves a little more time. Several options are available from the station (about 20 minutes on foot): District line through Earl's Court and beyond; the train to Waterloo; same train but stopping at Vauxhall and catching the Victoria line.

Super ontvangst, zelfs op het late uur (22u45) Leuke, gezellige kamertjes, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er voorzien, tot een haardroger toe, ook mogelijkheid tot koffie en thee op de kamer met een waterkokertje! Het ontbijt is hemels, voor elk wat wils. Elke avond kan je een keuze doorgeven, die de ochtend nadien vers wordt klaargemaakt, op het uur dat je zelf wenst!

Het Rose & Crown Hotel ligt in het centrum van Wimbledon Village en beschikt over kamers met airconditioning, gratis WiFi en een flatscreen-tv met Sky HD-kanalen, waaronder film- en sportkanalen. The place is amazing, and the room so gorgeous. Very elegant and comfy.

Luxury 2 bedroom flat in Wimbledon Village - walking distance from the tennis courts bevindt zich in Londen, op 14 minuten lopen van All England Lawn Tennis Club Centre Court en 3,3 km van... The location was perfect. Very convenient for restaurants, cafés, Wimbledon Common, buses and minutes walking distance from train/tube station. The apartment was roomy by London standards, we always stay in the Village and this is the best place we've stayed at so far. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, basics, like coffee/tea/sugar provided. The host was very nice and responsive.

Lovely Studio Flat in Wimbledon w/ Free Parking ligt in de wijk Wimbledon in Londen, op 3,1 km van metrostation Colliers Wood, 3,3 km van metrostation Morden en 7,4 km van station Clapham Junction. This was a very well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Location in Wimbledon was great. Bus stop just outside the front door and only 10 min easy walk to the metro/underground station. Sainsbury supermarket and cafes/restaurants also close by. It took us 2 buses to get to Heathrow airport at very minimal cost with no problems. The apartment is at the back so does not get any road noise - is quiet. A few steps to go up if you come in from the carpark entrance which is behind the building or only door steps coming in the front entrance. Reasonably spacious living room (good for repacking before last flight out of UK) with separate kitchen & separate bathroom. Highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay.
