Room on top floor was silent even though overlooking the circle out front. Food delicious and many comfortable spots to sit and work with laptop. Easy to access from Gatwick Airport via train. Bed super comfortable and great shower. Staff were great!

Very nice, helpful and child-friendly staff, great location by the tube station and Westfield shopping center.

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. Everything you would expect from a hotel. Renovated clean hotel in a vibrant neighbourhood. Nice big shopping mall nearby. Both overground and underground transport stations are in 2-3 minutes walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.. Help available with the luggages. Very good water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning in the rooms. I will definitely stay here the next time. It was a lovely stay, thank you!

Lovely traditional pub, great selection of alcohol, food tasted fresh, staff were very welcoming, room was comfortable and clean. No complaints.

A 5-minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, Dorsett Shepherds Bush offers elegant hotel accommodation with an Asian influence. I love that this hotel is different compared to others normal hotel.

See suurte tubade ja parklaga hotell asub Shepherd’s Bushi vaikses piirkonnas. Staff were lovely and so kind, despite being really cheap the room was cosy, quiet and comfortable. For the money, it was everything you could ask for and the politeness of the staff was exceptional.

Less than a 5-minute walk from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, a music venue, the Abbey is located opposite the Westfield London Shopping Centre. Free WiFi. Kuigi tuba oli katuse all, siis päevaks aknakatted ette jättes tuba liigselt üle ei kuumenenud.
