The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped plus I was able to borrow an iron when I needed it. The area was very nice and the location in London was excellent.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and had trouble checking in. So I called the staff, and Naim was really nice and helpful. He also followed up to make sure that I had everything I needed. I felt really welcomed and enjoyed my stay there.
