Was as described in the listing. It is situated on the upper Richmond road close to Putney high street. We went realising that there would be noise from the road as this is an urban area,but we did not find it intrusive and slept well. Great welcome from reception person who was very helpful

Plenty of light in the flat. Kitchen very well equipped. Host left a number of snacks and drinks which were not expected. Questions to host were answered very promptly. Welcome package most informative about surrounding area and transport options. Carpeting throughout flat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A simple but nice complimentary selection of breakfast items - yoghurt, cereal, muffins, cookies, fresh cold milk, coffee and tea - was available in the room or in the communal fridge, which is definitely a plus! As to the pub, we had dinner there once and the food was great. I have two criticisms, neither of which interfered with my overall positive impression: there are a number of stains on the carpet (a tiled floor would look tidier and be easier to clean as well); the room number 1 is quite noisy as it is located next to the staircase which leads to all the other rooms, so you can hear people coming in throughout the night.

In the room we had everything we needed, and even Netflix. The room, the bath and the kitchen was very clean. Nearby there are shops and supermarkets. It was really comfortable to stay in the apartment!
