I expected this hotel to be lovely, based on photos and reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, the room was big with a couch and comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary water, iron, hairdryer and mini bar. Nice bathroom with good shower. Location is excellent, next to Neighbourhood cocktail bar and so many bars and restaurants nearby, 2 mins walk to Matthew Street, 4 mins walk to Liverpool One. Definitely my favourite hotel in Liverpool!

But you can find the best pint of Guinness just downstairs, in the pub just outside the hotel. The hotel is cozy and good and so does the staff.
