This luxurious 5-star retreat has a fine-dining restaurant and romantic bedrooms about 3 km from the Royal Mile. Prestonfield is surrounded by gardens and a golf course. Excellent service and ultimate luxury close to the heart of the city. The breakfast and high tea were sublime. Staff are extremely helpful and the grounds and rooms are magnificent!

The Scholar is a newly refurbished hotel located in the beautiful grounds of the Pollock Estate, just a few minutes’ walk from Arthurs Seat, Holyrood Park and the Meadows and within walking distance... The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Just 0.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, this 4-star Ten Hill Place, WorldHotels Distinctive is owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and offers free WiFi. The location of the hotel was perfect, a 10min walk from the city centre. The room was so spacious and spotless. The staff were also exceptional Robert the night manager was great to deal with. If returning to Edinburgh we’ll stay here again.

This elegant 4-star Victorian hotel offers luxurious rooms featuring iPod docks, flat-screen TVs, sherry and shortbread. Great scottish house with fireplace in the common area to rest and read. Staff was extremenly nice and breakfast was good. You can walk to the old town in half an hour, if you dont wanna walk bus station is just in front of the building.

The beds were super comfy, our room was clean and elegant. Despite it is a very busy street by buses, inside our room we didn’t hear a noise from outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
