The location was well placed for us, and it was easy to jump on the main tram. I cannot emphasize this enough. We should have stayed more nights. For the same price as some central accomodations you get to sleep on a boat. Cleanliness was top notch, and everything on the ship was well put together and design wise spoke to each other. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast area is beautiful. The bathroom looks amazing. You will not see such tiling in real buildings.

Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

Excelentes restaurantes perto do cais, principalmente o árabe do outro lado do rio.

The location was fantastic. Two minutes from the shore and around 10 minutes to the castle and other attractions. We used an Uber to get to the main city center instead of driving because of construction works everywhere in the city. the bedrooms are god size with two bathrooms. the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a Tesco express right underneath which was useful. Secure car parking too which was wonderful to have. Plus truly wonderful hosts who are beyond hospitable and welcoming.

We were welcomed by Richard who has been really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartement is clean, the beds are comfortable. Although it is not located at the city centre but taking the bus to the Edinburgh downtown is a good idea without having to worry about the traffic jam due to road works or finding parking. Only 5-minutes walking distance to bus stop no 10. Our family enjoyed our stay. It's also near the Fishmarket where we enjoyed the best fish and chips next to the lighthouse and the sea. The kids appreciate the Netflix and they said they love staying here.
