This hotel is 164 feet from Père Lachaise Cemetery and 853 feet from Gambetta Metro Station, which leads directly to Place de la République. Loved the location in Gambetta. My room was on the 5th floor and was simple but perfect, with a good desk for working and lovely view over the park. The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast in the room too!

Located in the 20th district in central Paris, this stylish hotel offers ultramodern guest rooms with an smart TV. We thought the hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable and they had USB-C for your phones on both sides. We didn't stay in it very much because we were out in about but the curtains darken the room perfectly since it doesn't get dark till about 10 pm in Paris in July. The room had a frig, blow dryer, microwave, desk, safe, and the room was decorated pretty cool to my taste. As for the staff, they were great and everyone I talked to spoke english. They were very helpful and polite. And one more thing, the breakfast was amazing. I didn't get it with the room because I knew I would be taking trips early, but I had it once and it was great.
